We built Skill Squirrel to enable the growth of trusted work-based relationships for the benefit of people who are experiencing career transition (e.g., entering/re-entering the workforce or new to a region) or who typically have greater challenges advancing their careers (e.g., require more accommodations or flexible work arrangements), because we believe everyone should have the opportunity to obtain satisfying work and be recognized for their unique capabilities.
